4. Client Responsibilities

Respond to design feedback requests within agreed timeframes
Ensure that any local building regulations are independently verified with licensed local architects or authorities
Obtain all necessary permits — our digital concepts are not substitutes for certified architectural plans

5. Revisions

Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation session has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation are non-refundable.

2. Project Deposits

Project deposits (typically 30–50% of the total project fee) are non-refundable once design work has commenced. The deposit covers initial research, concept development, and project setup.

3. Refund Eligibility

A full or partial refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

You cancel the project in writing before any design work has begun — full deposit refund minus a 10% administrative fee
We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to circumstances on our end — full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work
A significant technical error on our part results in unusable deliverables — partial or full refund at our discretion

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Design work already delivered and approved through revision rounds
Change of mind after design concepts have been presented
Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing information)
Dissatisfaction with conceptual direction after approved brief
Regulatory or permit issues outside our control

5. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital design files (3D renders, blueprints, visualizations), once files have been delivered and downloaded, they cannot be "returned." Refunds for delivered digital files are evaluated case-by-case.
